Weekly Protests
On Tuesday, February 17, We will have our weekly protest at Westlake Park (400 Pine St) at 6pm. This protest will be to address gentrification and homelessness.
This action is metro accessible from the light rail train or from bus stops at 3rd and Pine and 4th and Pine. This will be an outdoor event that will require moving for moderate distances. If you cannot come out the protest in person then please follow the twitter hashtag #UASRseattle to stay informed about the protest and to retweet events from the protest.
Please Bring:
-Warm clothing
-Food and water
-A protest buddy
-Your personal struggle with being homeless and black

Strategy Meetings
On Monday, February 16 at 7pm, please join the members of United Against Systemic Racism to discuss strategy and coordination. This is a perfect opportunity if you want to join our organization or learn more about the day to day work that we do.
The meeting will be on the second floor of the Washington State Convention Center (800 Convention Pl). It is an accessible location complete with ramps, handrails, escalators, and elevators. In addition, it is metro accessible, only a few blocks from bus stops on 4th and Pine and 3rd and Pine.
