We have a strong core group of people, and now we wish to expand our membership base. Currently we are looking for people who are interested in taking these roles in UASR:
You don't need to have any prior experience in any of these areas to get involved. Our members are trained in all of these areas and can work with you to gain these new skills. Also if there are other areas you are interested in getting involved let us know.
Queer and trans* people of color especially queer and trans* black people are encouraged to join. Our organization also encourages those who have mental and physical disabilities. In fact the members of our organization have these backgrounds.

It is an accessible location complete with ramps, handrails, escalators, and elevators. In addition, it is metro accessible, only a few blocks from bus stops on 4th and Pine St and 3rd and Pine St.
